Extremely difficult to find active discussion for the help I seek.
Can someone please help me?
In Outlook, when I try to delay the sending of one message, it does NOT go
when the assigned time has come and gone. It remains in the outbox.
What is happening? What can I do or check or change to make sure the
message gets out when I tell it to?
