Not rec'g email in MSN, but is in Hotmail

I am not receivng emails in one of my @msn.com email addresses. I have
others that I get the mail with no problem - this one I get an error message
saying "user has maxed out their sync relationship quota, error code
0x85ad3206" The mail shows up in hotmail, but not in msn, where I want to
read and save it. I've contacted MSN, who told me to contact Verizon, my
provider, who told me to contact MSN! Thanks!
