I suspect that he needs to have the person who is trying to contact him via

Thats funny. So i am supposed to contact my ISP.., YAHOO!?!?!? Do you know
how freaking difficult that is, can't just call their toll free number? Why
is Hotmail blocking emails from Yahoo anyways, aren't they doing the same
thing to Google GMail accounts too?
Gawd, i hate Microsoft, they make nothing but crap. Wish people would stop
using their products so we can live in a more productive society!
Yeah, that's it. If you have a paid account of some sort with them they
will probably respond eventually. (I assume you are the person here
attempting to send to a Hotmail account.) In some cases, not necessarily
yours, the recipient would merely have to change his Junk Mail settings and
he would receive the messages in question.
Read the previous post again. You may be sending "content with spam-like
characteristics" and "IP/domain reputation problems" is not the problem at
all.

PERM_FAILURE: Gmail tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by
the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for
further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other
server returned was: 550 550 SC-001 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for
policy reasons. Reasons for rejection may be related to content with
spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. If you are not an
email/network admin please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for
help. Email/network admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email
delivery information and support (state 13).
The message seems pretty clear to me: The Windows Live Hotmail server
rejected the message (sent by the Gmail server), possibly because the
message had "spam-like characteristics" or the IP/domain from which the
message originated may have "reputation problems" (e.g., an IP from which an
excessive number of spam-like messages have been sent).
What can you do about it? Not much, but for starters you can do as the
message says and "visit http://postmasterlive.com".
Of course, the link to the support site for Windows Live Hotmail users does
NOT take you to the right page (unless you're an MSN subscriber). Try this

Then the Windows Live Hotmail server has identified theplanet.com as a

In this case, Gmail and Hotmail need to butt heads about the issue. You will
not likely have much success dealing with Windows Live directly because it

Then the Windows Live Hotmail server has identified theplanet.com as a
source of spam, possibly because the messages are effectively being resent
via Gmail. The only thing you can do about it is (1) plead your case with
the Live.com postmaster or (2) start sending messages directly, possibly
using a different domain.
Speaking of which: http://isc.sans.org/diary.html?n&storyid=4504
Where can I plead my case with the live.com postmaster? Will it work?

When all else fails, follow the directions: Start with the link in the error

That page has a "for more support" link on it.
In this case, Gmail and Hotmail need to butt heads about the issue. You will
not likely have much success dealing with Windows Live directly because it
is the Gmail server, not yours, which Hotmail doesn't like. So much of the
message headers as you show from the bounce are replicated in an email I

I think you might not get out of this until you look forward for other company, that can support you 24/7 in all type of problems anywhere anytime. [Remote hosting][1] is specialized area for this company and serving their customer with many more years .

This type of problem is obvious if you are using the free hosting provider, or you are having some truouble with your ip address. You just need to do something, and after that you might get out to this easily. One solution i'm suggesting here and that is remote hosting that can give you the solution from all your previous problems and always there support you 24/7 anywhere anytime.

I suspect that he needs to have the person who is trying to contact him via
email, have their ISP contact Hotmail support. This comes up from time to
time here. Usually (always?) the person who attempts to report the problem
is the one who did not receive some email. The person who initially got the
550 SC-001 message needs to contact their ISP to get the ball rolling.
Earle
You may be sending "content with spam-like
characteristics" and "IP/domain reputation problems" is not the problem at
all.
That won't fix things. I find the Free Software, Linux, Ubuntu and Apple
crowd insufferable.
Saludos cordiales,
Earle
Where you able to correct this? What did you do? I have the same problem!

This is the message received. Can somebody help! Thanks!
Try this
