Usually each week now, 1 or 2 just "add" themself into my hotmail-account
without any approval of me at all. And, the worst part, they CAN NOT be
removed either, i.e they are put into the blocked contact list, but i want
them completely away of my contacts whatsoever !!!

When will MSN take charge into this matter ?

So that they, become possible to remove completely, and that they - when
logging on next time - DONT se any trace of MY adress at all !!

Only you can formally add a contact. Only you can delete a contact.
Go to contacts.live.com and remove undesired entries.

Once done, check you permissions for your Hotmail account at http://profile.live.com and ensure you've not permitted folks to send
invites for your network and messenger.
