(too old to reply)

I need help changing the email address that my newsletters get delivered to.
I do the following:

1. connect to "newsletters.msn.com"
2. sign in with my live id (using my primary email address)
3. I get a screen showing the newsletters that I'm subscribed to.

On the screen (in step 3) it shows on the top : "newsletters delivered to
xxxx", where xxx is an old email address that I used to have. This is NOT
the email address that I signed in with. How can I get my newsletters
delivered to my current email address?

Thanks for any help.

Interesting. I was unaware of that page.
If I sign in with my LiveID on that page, it shows me the subscriptions and
delivery is to the email I signed in with.
Is your LiveID a 3rd party email and not an @msn, @hotmail, or @live email
address?
I don't see why your LiveID (the sign in address) and your delivery address
would differ.
If you sign in at https://account.live.com is your alternate address the old
email address?

You may want to contact LiveID Support.
On the page for newsletters, click Help Central at the bottom.
Type anything at all in the search box of the list of help topics.
Click on any result.
Click on Get More Help in the lower right
Click on Get Support
Fill out the support email form

Good luck.

Steve, thanks for your response. To answer some of your questions:

My LiveID is a gmail (google) email address.
I have no alternate email address for my account.

But you've helped anyway. I was unaware of the "get more help" link. So I've
tried that, and I'll see what they say.

Thanks again,
Tom

I do hope that the Get More Help link leads to a solution.
Out of curiosity is the old email address that is shown as the receiving address
also a gmail address?
What I'm trying to understand is how the sign-in LiveID and delivery email
address can be different.... Of course, stranger things have happened!
