Microsoft has another set of user forums called Microsoft Answers. The link
to that site is: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx

No forum specifically set up for MSN yet, but perhaps if they get enough
questions about MSN, they will establish one :-)

This (microsoft.public.msn.discussion) is a newsgroup, not a
forum, which can be accessed via an NNTP newsreader. The Answers forums
cannot be accessed via NNTP (at least not with using a very shaky beta
application called NNTP Bridge).
