multiple hotmail accounts VIA IP

is there a way to track multiple hotmail accounts via IP? not get into them,
just see the names... I.E (***@hotmail.com) and (***@hotmail.com)
does anyone get what im asking haha???

Not that I am aware of - especially outside of those responsible for the server
side support of Hotmail at Microsoft.
