I don't see any cookies when using the Bing bar on the MyMSN home page. Cookies are text files stored on your machine.

Unlike IE(where the Bing bar is an installable and removable option)
- MSN10 comes with Bing. Unlike the prior version, the search buttons now have been updated to Bing (buttons)..afiak it is not
removable, its part of MSN10

If using MSN Explorer with Bing...there is not an option to delete MSN Dashboard history
- that search history is unique/specific to the Msn account. The search history is limited to the last 5 searches with the only
way to clear an item being to add another.
Note: As above...once again, search history on the Dashboard are not cookies on the Bing Bar.
====
When not using MSN Explorer(e.g. IE)
The only options available in Bing are those found in its options(accessible at the bottom of the dialog box when entering data in
the Bing search field)
- show search history (clear search history)
- show search and image suggestions
- show answers
- other toolbar settings
- pre-load results using search navigation

Additional configuration options are available on the small 'wrench icon'
- Color
- Autofill
- Quality(a oddly named option allowing Msft to collect info about searches, system etc...it can be disabled if desired)
- version info(Bing, Silver light etc)

If I clear the history using the Bing option all prior entries are deleted.
If I disable search history, all I see are 'search suggestions that change with each letter typed and corresponding with the typed
letters. No user entered history is retained with subsequent entries, only suggestions based on the typed letters.

One can hide the Bing toolbar in Internet Explorer
- View/Toolbard/Bing Bar (selecting acts as a toggle on/off)

To uninstall the Bing Bar(which must be installed for it to be present)
- Uninstall via the Control Panel
a. Vista/Win7 - Programs and Features
b. XP - Add-Remove Programs
