I enjoy the MSN Premium interface and like the ease of use.

I have a @msn.com email address that I've had for over 10 years, so don't
want to change it.

Unfortunately, I have been having the same error for awhile now, my email
freezes up and I can't send, receive or delete.

I can get it to work by going to C/users/my name/ APP DATA/ Local/Microsoft/
MSN and then deleting or changing the name of the DB file.

Because the same problem is happening on 3 different computers with Vista,
XP and now Windows 7, I think it's a problem with this particular email
account.

I opened a second account in a different name on MSN, but it is not
experiencing this kind of problem and works fine, therefore I think the
actual email account on the server is corrupt.

Anyone have any advice? Are there some magic words I can say to the MSN
support folks in China or Mexico that will make them bump me up to someone in
Redmond?

Thanks in advance for your advice on how to fix this.
