Just purchased new computer and have MS Office/Word but dictionay will not
load. When i go into the settings it doesnt offer an English dictionary.

Are you asking about a spell checker for use with MSn Premium(MSN Explorer) or Office Word ?

If the former, afaik, you will have to obtain a third party spell checker
