Here is the problem. Everytime I try to download McAfee or Spy Sweeper from MSN Member Center Links, it just goes to a blank page with this line across the top.
<rsp result="1" ver="10.3.314.0" />

I tried it on all my computers running on Windows xp3 x86: Windows Vista Ultimate x64: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and they all do the same thing but they will download the MSN software. I got hold of support and they sent me to a tech who said they will get with the team and let me know a week ago but no reply yet. Does anyone else have this problem? I was wondering if it was due to MSN 10?

I can't confirm this as I already have other security software on the machine
where I run MSN Explorer 10. If Support has been notified, hopefully they can
provide an answer about the cause of the issue.

What anti-virus application is installed on the computers now?

Has a(another) Norton or McAfee application ever been installed on the computers (e.g., a free-trial version that came preinstalled when you bought it)?

...I went a week without antivirus
See:

Can I install Microsoft Security Essentials [or any other anti-virus/anti-spyware application] to clean up my already-infected computer?

I find that I can download McAfee from the MSN Member Center if and only if I sign in with my main account credentials. Secondary accounts produce a misleading error message, something about my partner or account type not supporting it. The AVG free basic virus program works well for me too.
