If you are a MSN Dial-up customer, and wish to switch to a MSN Premium account,
supplying your own access through a broadband ISP - phone company or cable
provider, contact MSN Customer Service to make the switch once your broadband
access is available and hooked up.
To the best of my knowledge, MSN Internet Access is not available as a broadband
provider, but can be had as a free add-on with some partner broadband providers
such as Qwest and Verizon.

If you are a MSN dial up customer and already have internet access(broadband = cable/dsl/satellite) and only wish to change the
account status from a Msn dial up to an MSN BYO-isp plan then call Customer Service and have the account re-provisioned.

Customer Service for dial up Msn Accounts
(800) 386-5550
- you'll need to verify name and possibly the credit card used for the dial-up account.

You also have the option as a dial-up Msn customer to contact Customer Service online
1. https://membercenter.msn.com/Default.aspx (login with the primary dial up account's username/password and ensure you know the
name and credit card assigned to the account)
2. Click on Support(left hand pane) to load https:/support.msn.com
3. Click on Msn Dial-up Internet Access
4. Click on Chat(for Interactive Chat Support) in the Customer Service column.

Once your BYO signup is complete, your Customer Service Phone number will change to
For MSN Premium(BYO accounts) (800) 494-2962
