more then 15k will not open.
I have no problems using Windows Live Mail and open the same e-mails.
Any Ideas as what the problem may be????
Running Windows XP updated with last fixes and MSN Explorer 9.06.0053.2200

Don't know..
I noticed an item in my Member Center under tutorials called 'Upgrade to MSN 10', but clicking on that loaded a video for 9.6
:(

The Member Center can be accessed at:
http://membercenter.msn.com/signin.aspx

If your plan is a partner plan, the above link may redirect to your specific partner branded Member Center site etc..

The link I referenced was a link under the Tutorial Section..(Tutorials are text, html or video based)....i.e, its not the program.
If an update is available the software download link will be found elsewhere (e.g. Download Msn Software)

Windows compatible ? Afaik, all versions required Windows.

Quick question

My Msn Premium is provided by Qwest. It looks like I may have to
go through them (your link redirects me to them).
Is that right???

Click on the Chat or Email link in the lower right of the page, and tell
them what Berit told you. You are right that you have to contact Qwest
first.

If I were you I would switch to another email program to access your
Qwest/MSN mail. The MSN Explorer is obsolescent and suffers from lack of
development resources, company support and customer base. There have been
some rather obvious and serious bugs that took "forever" to fix, indicating
to me that this product is just not a priority for Microsoft. Failure to
save Favorites changes and failure to install under Vista (denied
vociferously by Micrisoft) are the two most egregious ones that come
immediately to mind. You can access your Qwest/MSN using Outlook, Outlook
Express, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail, the web site or any of a number of
non-Microsoft products. If you like a folder interface then Outlook with
Outlook Connector isn't bad. Windows Live Mail isn't bad either, providing
they have fixed a rather large number of display bugs.

Microsoft keeps this product around, because there is a large base of
customers who paid the subscription fee during the product's heyday and
continue to do so. Hey, $9.95 or even $21.95 a month is nothing to sneeze
at. But it doesn't really provide any value added that you cannot get from
non-subscription products. You get it "for free" with your Qwest
subscription but you will find out that this is what it is worth.

Yes you are probable right, its just that we have some users at home that
like MSN Explorer so far.
The Qwest link does not support MSN Explorer for your E-mail program (I
guess Qwest also dumped MSN Explorer)
They advise you to upgrade to Windows Live Mail.

A funny thing is that only one account suffers from this. We have 3 other
accounts and none display this problem.
Will try from a different computer and see if it changes.

Actually Qwest does support MSN Explorer, but you would have to get them to
escalate the support call to MSN Support, before you got anything done. You
do have to call them first, since you get MSN Explorer as an add-on to your
Qwest subscription. Maybe talk to your home users about the difficulty of
getting any problem with MSN Explorer fixed.

Ok I tried on my laptop and all was fine so i decided to uninstall MSN
Explorer and start again. I tried Ctrl+Shift+F11 and after Uninstall and was
presented with the error 235 problem so i did the registry edit and Uninstall
after.
The problem I have now is when installing MSN back the install detects the 3
secondary e-mail accounts but not the primary one. I was given the option to
continue the install by deleting the secondary accounts and using the primary
however when all is done all the secondary accounts show up but the primary
is nowhere to be found.
I tried this several times with Ctrl+Shift+F11, Uninstall and
cleaning/delete registry and MSN folders and files (even copying MSN folders
and files from laptop) and the end result is allways the same.
The only way to sign in is trough the guest sign-In however by doing this I
strangely end up with what it looks like a limited account (e-mail reserved
space etc...).
Laptop looks fine and works as expected same using all accounts in Live.

Any ideas before contacting Qwest??????
Thx
