MSN Premium log in issues

I purchased a new windows 7 laptop and downloaded the latest MSN premiun
client. It loaded fine, but will not hook up to the server. I get an error
message that the Windows Live ID cannot verify my password or email address.
I am running McAfee 2009 virus protection. I tried turning off the McAfee,
but still got the same error message. Any suggestions on what setting in
MSN, MS Explorer or McAfee might be causing the issue?

I have 3 other machines running with the same basic configuration with no
issues and my password does work.

On the new PC, can you log in with the LiveID to www.hotmail.com or other LiveID
enabled web site using the web browser?
