MSN Mailbox

When I try to access my msn mailbox I get error report and and msn
shuts down.

What is the error?
You may be able to perform a reset of the MSN local databases to clear things up
- at the sign on screen, use Ctrl+Shift+F9 at the same time. Note that you may
lose all mail perviously moved to the "Folders on your computer" when you do
this. Another option would be to uninstall the MSN Explorer software and then
reinstall it. Finally, you can contact support - http://support.msn.com

As a follow-up, Mike emailed me to tell me that Ctrl+Shift+F9 resolved the
problem for him.
